I always knew I wanted to work with animals, but the only problem was that I couldn't stand the thought of the despair that comes with losing them. Standing on the campus of my Chiropractic school, I saw a horse being adjusted and I immediately knew that I would one day be an Animal Chiropractor. That was it, my way to work with animals, helping and loving them, without having to share in the heartbreak. Now I get to work with animals everyday, helping them live their best lives, feeling and functioning their best.
Animal Chiropractic has done so much for the wellbeing of my own animals and that of the animals in my community. I get to be the one that helps when pet parents have nowhere else to turn. I get to witness the spark return to animals and watch as the relief washes over their owner's faces. There's nothing quite like it. Removing interference from the nervous system is like giving an injection of 'life'.
I've had the privilege of giving hope and one more Christmas with their beloved dog to a family that was told it was the end.
I work on horses, dogs, and cats and I love all of them for different reasons. My favorite thing ever is knowing that when a dog walks through my doors, they're going to run up to me and give me the biggest kiss, like they're seeing their long lost friend for the first time - it never gets old.
Animal Chiropractic is the secret sauce. If you could help make everything in your animal's body work better, wouldn't you? Of course you would. More people just need to know about it. We help their bodies work better, which helps them feel better, and there's nothing better than that.
